When you purchase merchandise, you are ordering custom, on-demand items, which cannot be returned to the fulfillment company that manufactures them. If you provided the wrong shipping details, ordered the wrong size or color, or simply don’t like the product and wish to return it, Nuclear Spin Cycle would have to absorb the full cost of the item, putting the entire project in jeopardy.
For this reason, Nuclear Spin Cycle has a “no returns policy” with two exceptions.
In cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery. Nuclear Spin Cycle will make sure you get a free replacement or a refund. Please send an email to info (at) nuclearspincycle.com with a description of the issue along with a picture of the item.
Please note that in case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back.
If you accidentally placed an order and wish to cancel it, please send an email to info (at) nuclearspincycle.com immediately. If the order has already been sent to production, it has reached the manufacturer and is in the process of being fulfilled. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order at that time.
